We are looking for a competitive Vodafone Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. This Sales Associate duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization. This is a full time position based in our store in Clonmel, CO Tipperary.
Who are we? The Phone Stores are an exclusive sales partner for Vodafone operating an extensive network of stores and a field sales team in Leinster and Munster in Ireland. We are looking for dedicated sales representatives to sell the full portfolio of Vodafone's fixed and mobile products. This sales role will provide you with an opportunity to sell a portfolio of market leading products. As a Sales Associate your focus will be sales delivery and supporting your team in achieving team targets.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
* Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Maintain a fully stocked store
* Ascertain customers' needs and wants
* Recommend and display items that match customer needs
* Welcome and greet customers
* Manage point-of-sale processes
* Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
* Keep up to date with product information
* Accurately describe product features and benefits
* Follow all companies' policies and procedures
Requirements and Skills
* Proven working experience in sales
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Proficiency in English
* Track record of over-achieving sales quota
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service focus
* Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
* Basic administration skills
* High school degree
