We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead the next phase of growth across the island of Ireland within our Packaging and Visual Communications divisions.
This is a critical leadership role within our Irish business, combining full commercial accountability with the backing, scale, and capability of the wider Antalis Group. It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, drive performance, and deliver meaningful growth in a highly competitive market.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Driving growth at pace
You’ll define and deliver a clear commercial strategy, accelerating revenue through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
Expanding our market position
You’ll identify and unlock new opportunities, using insight and market understanding to strengthen our position across Ireland.
Leading and evolving the sales function
You’ll lead an experienced team, driving performance while building additional capability through hiring, development, and clear leadership.
Building strategic relationships
You’ll develop strong partnerships with key customers and work closely with colleagues across Ireland, the UK, and the wider Group.
Delivering results
You’ll set clear direction, manage performance and cost effectively, and ensure consistent delivery against ambitious commercial objectives.
What we’re looking for:
A proven track record of delivering sustained B2B growth in competitive, fast-paced environments
Experience of acquisitions, including identifying opportunities and leading integration
A leadership style that drives performance, accountability, and engagement
Resilience and adaptability, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution
