Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies for conference and banquet events, prioritising guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate effectively with the management team and staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
* Monitor and improve operational processes to maintain 4-star service standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a similar hotel environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
* Ability to work full-time in Ireland without any restrictions.
