The ideal candidate must have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a busy bar. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and training new team members.The candidate must have previous experience in the bar/hotel industry, be passionate & enthusiastic about the role and enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience.
