My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join the team on a perm basis working on a hybrid model. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will work on a large scale transformation programme and you will support delivery across several strategics initiatives.
Technical Experience
Hands‑on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE, particularly within Customer Service environments
Experience working within a managed Dynamics 365 environment
Configuration of Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes
Deployment of solutions via CI/CD pipelines (manual deployments to test or production environments are not permitted)
Experience using Git for source control
Support solution architecture through documentation and oversight of configuration and integrations
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Experience
Configuration of Tables, Views, and Forms to support customer service processes
Configuration of Business Process Flows
Configuration and management of Security Roles
Development of Workflows and Power Automate cloud flows
Ability to develop plugins
Experience with Canvas Apps is desirable
Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of new features, services, and cost models
Project Responsibilities
Deliver work in line with objectives defined by active projects or programmes
Operate within an Agile, sprint‑based delivery model
Provide regular task updates and status reporting to relevant stakeholders
Prioritise work items in alignment with programme and project guidance
Key Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 development, preferably within Customer Engagement (CE/CRM)
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform
Ability to design reusable, scalable, and innovative solutions
Experience working with SaaS platforms and system integrations
Proven experience building plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and Logic Apps
Experience designing and implementing Azure‑based integrations
Experience developing Azure web applications is an advantage
Familiarity with ALM tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Proven troubleshooting skills within cloud and solution architecture environments
Experience implementing access controls and governance frameworks
