Assistant Store Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead store teams to drive sales, minimize losses, and create outstanding customer experiences while maintaining visually distinctive and impeccably maintained stores.
2. Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with others.
3. Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floors and backrooms.
4. Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
5. Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
6. Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability for building repeat customer bases through unparalleled spirited service.
7. Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
8. Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
9. Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to recruit diverse personnel.
10. Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
11. Clearly communicate sales goals and expectations to staff, providing guidance on improving performance.
