Senior Oracle E-business Analyst
We are constantly expanding our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a key member of our Business Systems IT Team, you will focus on developing innovative integration and enhancement solutions in the Oracle HRMS suite of applications for on-premise e-BS 12.2.
* You will work independently to support HR and Payroll business teams by delivering exceptional results and meeting their goals.
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will interact with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* You will be responsible for documenting configurations, functional designs, and technical designs to ensure seamless implementation.
* You will configure Flex-fields, Employee Templates, Special Information Types, and Extra Information types based on business requirements.
* You will build custom solutions using PL-SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
