Job Description
Excellent opportunity to join a burgeoning fintech business at a pivotal time in the development of the business. This position is a key leadership position in the business, responsibilities will include:
* Management of the day-to-day finance function including oversight/preparation of statutory and management accounts
* Leading all external and internal audit engagement
* CBI and regulatory reporting
* Production of management information for executive team and board
* Oversight of policies and controls
* Management of finance team
Requirements for this Role
Ideal candidate will have the following background:
* Qualified Accountant with minimum of 7 years’ PQE, ideally with PCF exposure/approval
* Ambitious, with desire to join and develop career in a high-potential business
* Strong technical accounting skills – IFRS, tax & reporting, FS audit training background, and currently working in either audit or financial reporting
* Strong systems & MS Excel knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to report to Exec team and Board
