Job Description:
The role of a Sales Operations Administrator is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales team. As the first point of contact for clients and employees, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. This includes dealing with service callouts, preparing weekly reports and analysis, and providing assistance to the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls and emails from clients and employees
* Deal with service callouts and dispatch dockets to engineers
* Prepare weekly reports and analysis for the general manager and operations manager
* Provide assistance to the sales team with quotations and correspondence
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience as a Sales Operations Administrator
* Excellent MS Office and communication skills
* Ideal candidate should have worked within the Engineering/Security industry
