Sales – Insurance Advisor
Job Summary:
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets by prospecting and up-selling our range of products while setting up new client accounts.
* Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved or technical issues to the relevant department.
* Complete relevant industry qualifications and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours as necessary.
* Be flexible and participate in various office tasks.
* Renoual follow-ups and revisions, identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as appropriate.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualified.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Sales and customer service experience required.
* Previous insurance/financial services experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
