Senior Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in retail & senior administration. Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve sales and service targets, delivering exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, working closely with senior management to implement business strategies and branch plans, monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement across the branch, maintaining high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and administration, ensuring all company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
