About the Function:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative professional to lead the transformation of eCommerce. As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in capturing the shift to digital shopping and driving incremental growth by developing strategies for a seamless shopper experience across channels.
About the Role:
This role focuses on leveraging consumer insights and digital platforms to reach new customers, markets, and celebrations, helping us achieve our growth potential. You will develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy across Route To Market customers (wholesalers, convenience stores, specialists), New Business, and Pure-play customers, aiming to grow the category and increase market share.
About You:
* You have 5+ years of experience in commercial or digital sales.
* You can develop digital strategies that drive commercial results and mobilize cross-functional teams.
* You are an innovative change agent who can influence and inspire leaders, sales teams, marketers, partners, and customers.
* You have proven customer or commercial leadership in a large multinational organization.
* You are passionate and proactive about digital transformation.
* You are agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Role Responsibilities:
* You will lead eCommerce strategy for key customer portfolios, enhancing online shopper experiences across various segments.
* You will operate with foresight and innovation, assessing current solutions and envisioning future advancements.
* You will expand existing key accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
* You will collaborate with brand, trade marketing, account teams, and customers to create local plans and identify test-and-learn opportunities.
* You will manage the annual operating plan, defining actions and A&P investments to meet commercial goals.
* You will partner with Digital Content & Activation teams to optimize product presentation and online activations.
* You will develop plans to build digital capabilities within commercial teams.
