We manage €1.3 billion of tangible assets (freight railcars, river barges and containers) internationally for our own account and on behalf of investors.
Reporting to the Management Accounting Manager and the CFO and working in a team of 14, the Management Accountant will be responsible for the production, interpretation and analysis of accounting information which will be used by senior management in decision making for strategy and policy.
The junior management accountant will develop cost and accounting analysis and reports, maintain the budget, provide forecasting reports and comparisons to actual figures, assist in the production of monthly management accounts and Board reports.
Key duties and Responsibilities
* Treasury & Cash Reporting
* Weekly & Monthly Cash Forecasting
* Financing Documentation (Asset Registers & Valuations)
* Forecasting & Planning: variance analysis / budget preparation
* Analysis of Monthly OPEX
* Inventory Management : Quarterly Stock Valuation and Consumption Analysis
* Fixed Assets : Maintenance of Asset Registers
* Month End : Production of monthly Management Pack
* Cost Efficiency & Process Improvement
Technical Capabilities

Technical Capabilities
* CIMA/ACCA part qualified.
* Min 1-2 years relevant experience.
* Able to work in a fast paced, global environment.
* MS Office skills, MS Excel.
* ANAEL (AS400) is a plus.
