We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and rollout of a new CRM and Deal Management Application. This 6 month contract role will play a key part in ensuring business requirements are captured, understood, and delivered effectively in partnership with internal teams and an external Technology Solution Provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to capture and document detailed CRM system requirements.
CRM System Optimisation: Evaluate CRM capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design: Partner with developers and technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Project Management: Oversee the CRM implementation, track project progress, report updates to leadership, and escalate issues when necessary.
Implementation Support: Coordinate the full CRM implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and business fit.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a conduit between business and technical teams, translating technical details into business-friendly language.
Testing and UAT: Perform initial testing, support UAT planning and execution, and ensure the solution aligns with business expectations.
Training and Support: Deliver training and develop user documentation to ensure successful adoption of the new CRM system.
Compliance: Ensure all processes and data handling comply with internal Policies and Procedures.
Ad Hoc Projects: Support additional projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in a Business Analyst or Project Management role within IT environments.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end CRM implementation (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data and process reviews.
Familiarity with CRM customisation, system integration, and database management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documenting and validating business needs.
Highly adaptable and team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
