ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the existing customer base and build new, lasting business relationships.Demonstrate a proven track record in direct field sales, ideally selling into the Hardware Merchant and DIY trades.Utilise strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate with customers and buying groups at a senior level.Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
QualificationsDirect field sales experience, with a track record in growing accounts.Experience selling into Hardware Merchant and DIY trades (desirable).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to negotiate at a senior level.Team orientation and collaborative approach.
