Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests appropriately.
Manage the MD's diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
Make travel arrangements and record milage.
Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
Source office supplies.
Produce reports, presentations, and help with media marketing.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and English.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with the latest office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
High school degree; PA diploma or certification is advantageous.
