* Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients.
* Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests appropriately.
* Manage the MD's diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
* Make travel arrangements and record milage.
* Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
* Source office supplies.
* Produce reports, presentations, and help with media marketing.
Requirements and Skills:
* Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office and English.
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with the latest office applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
* High school degree; PA diploma or certification is advantageous.
