Your Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand business goals and priorities.
Collaborate with functional teams to formulate solutions that meet those goals.
Build valuable relationships with clients through exceptional delivery.
Help grow and win new business by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
Create innovative insights for clients to develop change agendas that deliver value and improve operations.
Skills And Attributes for Success
At least 5 years’ experience in a consulting, industry, or government organization within local, European, or U.S. markets.
Experience gathering, defining, and documenting business and solution requirements for IT system enhancements, replacements, or introductions.
Strong academic record including a third‑level degree.
Experience in one or more focus industries such as Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Telecommunications & Media.
Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑vendor environment.
Experience in business development, including client relationship management and proposal support.
Passion for developing people through effective coaching and mentoring of junior staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Desired Experience
Analysis of systems and procedures, process design and modelling, and documenting ‘As is’ and ‘To be’ assessments for a Target Operating Model.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including the creation of User Stories or Use Cases and working closely with a Product Owner.
Conducting workshops and interviews.
Stakeholder management and collaboration with Development and Testing teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
Experience delivering large‑scale business/technology programmes and, ideally, ERP or CRM implementations (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP).
