 
        
        We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Short Order Cooks to join our expanding culinary.
As a Short Order Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing and serving quality meals quickly and consistently in a busy hospitality environment. You'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
 * Prepare and cook short-order menu items such as breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other light meals.
 * Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
 * Ensure all food is cooked to order and presented to company standards.
 * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations throughout service.
 * Assist with daily prep work, stock rotation, and ingredient portioning.
 * Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
 * Work flexibly to support other areas of the kitchen during staff breaks or busy periods.
About You
 * Previous experience as a Short Order Cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
 * Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 * Flexibility to work across multiple venues and on a rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
 * Valid permission to work in Ireland.
