Project ManagerLocation: Cork (Hybrid)Type: Daily rate contractIndustry: HealthcareWe are partnering with a leading organisation in thehealthcare sectorin Cork to appoint an experiencedProject Managerto support the delivery of critical digital and AI-enabled initiatives as part of a wider transformation programme.This role suits a delivery-focused Project Manager who is comfortable operating in structured environments, managing risk, budgets, and stakeholders, while leveraging agile practices where they add value.The RoleYou will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, working across business and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. While agile methods are used within delivery teams, the role carries full accountability for governance, planning, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project delivery from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, leading mitigation planning and escalation where required.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.Chair delivery forums and provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders.Ensure adherence to organisational governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Support Product Owners and delivery teams by providing structure, prioritisation, and delivery discipline.Leverage agile practices (e.g. sprints, backlogs, ceremonies) to support efficient execution where appropriate.Contribute to broader transformation initiatives and evolving ways of working.About You5+ years' experience delivering complex projects in technology-led or regulated environments.Strong background in project planning, financial management, and delivery governance.Practical experience working with agile teams, without requiring a pure Scrum Master profile.Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate progress clearly.Highly organised, delivery-oriented, and comfortable operating in change environments.Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is an advantage.Why Consider This Opportunity?High-impact transformation work within the healthcare sectorCork-based role with hybrid workingCompetitive daily rate and durationStrong organisational focus on people, quality, and long-term delivery
