Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships. We know what is important to our partners, and we deliver simple and seamless customer experiences based on our genuine commitment to protection and care.What you'll be doing:In this role you will…Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases and external providers)Ensure high data quality and integrity in all analysisUse statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and key business insightsTranslate complex data into clear findings for technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and ExcelPresent findings in a concise, visually engaging manner, focusing on business impactAct as a key business partner to underwriting, claims, finance, and other business areasUnderstand stakeholder requirements and deliver tailored reporting and analytics solutionsIdentify opportunities for automation, self-service analytics, and advanced data solutionsChampion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in data analytics and reportingProactively manage data-related risks and drive a strong control environmentWhat skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a similar industryProficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for differentaudiencesAttention to detail and commitment to data qualityAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to update key stakeholders across the business on account performanceWhy you'll love working with usWe value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability, results-orientation, and forward-thinking.We have more than 3000 employees worldwide.
