We are inviting applications for a Staff Nurse role in our Adult Residential Services. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users.
Responsibilities:
* Be on the current register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
* Have experience working with adults with an intellectual disability
* Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organisational, and initiative skills
* Show a good understanding of Person-Centred Planning, Safeguarding, Risk Management, and Positive Behaviour Support
* Have knowledge of National Standards for Residential Services
Requirements:
* A full manual driving licence is desirable
* Willingness to assist in the support and appraisal of training and education of non-nursing staff in medication administration, Enteral Feed Tube Feeding, Diabetes and Epilepsy Management
