Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide essential support to the HR department in maintaining accurate records, coordinating recruitment, and facilitating training administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and manage HR systems and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, training activity, and other workforce metrics.
* Support attendance management, including holiday tracking, absence reporting, and time-keeping processes.
* Assist with audits, health and safety documentation, and wider compliance requirements.
* Oversee the training matrix, schedule internal/external courses, and maintain accurate participation and renewal records.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, contracts, and inductions.
Requirements:
* Previous hands-on experience in a HR department, with working knowledge of employment legislation relating to areas such as sick leave, annual leave, and data protection.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR systems and employee records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and data manipulation for reporting purposes.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft clear correspondence and reports.
