We are seeking a talented Investigator to join our Forensic & Investigation Services team. This is a dynamic workplace investigator role where the successful candidate will work across a broad range of assignments.
About the Role:
* Conduct Workplace, Protected Disclosure and Trust in Care investigations under the guidance and direction of a lead investigator, barrister, employee relations specialist and/or project manager.
* Arrange and attend interviews with Complainants, Respondents and witnesses.
* Prepare summaries of evidence, investigation reports, and related outputs to project managers for review.
* Support the end-to-end management and coordination of investigation processes.
* Contribute to other programmes of work such as training, recruitment and other HR projects.
* Support business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches.
* Coach and support more junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* A relevant third level qualification.
* A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in carrying out workplace investigations or protected disclosure investigations desirable but not essential.
* Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a HR role with some emphasis on employee relations and/or employment law.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
* Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
