Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean, welcoming reception space
* Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage internal calendars
* Provide daily administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and record maintenance
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or administration role
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Confident communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider support team
