Business Financial Advisor
As a valued member of the finance team, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner to drive business performance and provide expert financial guidance across departments.
Your primary focus will be to enhance business success through insightful reporting, analytics, and strategic foresight.
* Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across the business as a trusted advisor and financial consultant
* Lead and deliver impactful financial analysis focused on performance trends, forecasting, and commercial opportunity evaluation
* Assume ownership of month-end closing, including preparation of the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
* Prepare and calculate provisions and accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracy
* Manage the calculation of variable compensation, liaising closely with regional Payroll and Payments teams
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring full transparency and compliance
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
* ACCA qualification advantageous but not essential
* Strong understanding of financial processes including Profit and Loss Statements, accruals/deferrals
* Critical thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel user
