About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow Architect
to join a leading digital transformation consultancy. This role involves designing and overseeing complex ServiceNow deployments, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives. You'll play a key part in shaping architecture, guiding development teams, and delivering innovative enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture and design of multi-module ServiceNow implementations.
* Advise executive stakeholders on strategy, scope, and technical solutions.
* Coordinate and mentor project delivery teams.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in configuration, security, and development.
* Manage integrations with third-party systems and oversee platform upgrades.
* Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow technologies and industry trends.
Required:
* ServiceNow CTA, CSA, CAD (core requirement)
* Specialist certifications (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SAM)
* Experience operating at C-level stakeholder engagement
* Strong commercial awareness including ROI, TCO, and risk management
* Expertise in ServiceNow security models, configuration management, and multi-instance environments
Desirable:
* Additional certifications such as SA, CMA, PAS, MDMS
* Experience in MSP environments: SIAM, domain separation, instance migration
* Strong communication skills and thought leadership presence
