Job Title: Cafe Manager
The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and maintaining high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen functions, including staff scheduling, performance, and development
* Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with suppliers
* Monitor and achieve daily sales targets, labor costs, and profit margins
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and health and safety guidelines
* Handle customer feedback professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food retail management role
* Strong background in customer service and team leadership
* Familiarity with food safety standards
* Able to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas effectively
