This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end clinic in Dublin 4, delivering a five-star front-of-house experience in a beautifully run, design-led clinical environment.
Our client is seeking a confident and professional Receptionist / Front of House Administrator who understands service standards and excels in a client-facing role.
Location: Dublin 4 onsite Salary: €38,000 Hours: MondayFriday 9am6pm (two late evenings); 2 Saturdays per month.
Contract: Permanent, full-time, onsite Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, poised and professional front-of-house experience Manage reception area to luxury hospitality standards Handle appointment scheduling and diary management Communicate with clients confidently in person, by phone and by email Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and waiting areas Manage records and administration with discretion and precision Essential Requirements Background in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, premium customer service or similar Strong interpersonal presence and communication skills Meticulous personal standards and attention to detail Excellent organisational ability Confident working in a client-facing role Proficiency in MS Office Experience in medical, dental, aesthetics or wellness settings Diary management or booking systems experience To Apply: send your CV to Ben Higgins via the link below.
