Clare, this is a hybrid role and there will be occasions where site visits to customers will be required.What will the role involve?Project Delivery and CommunicationYou are responsible for consistently delivering high-quality projects, prioritising customers, andensuring clear communication within the organisation and with clients. Always keep clients updatedthroughout the project lifecycle.End-to-End Project Management and Technical LeadershipYou are responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of all assigned projects. This includesproviding technical leadership and guidance to junior project engineers. When required, you willattend customer sites to assist and mentor project delivery teams, ensuring that the highest qualitystandards are achieved in all project work.Project Planning, Scheduling, and TrackingYou will manage and update project tracking tickets on a daily basis. This involves planning andensuring the effective utilisation of project workloads and schedules to maximise team efficiencyand meet project deadlines.Collaboration with Internal StakeholdersWork closely with internal teams—such as the Project Manager, Engineers, Service DeliveryManager, Account Managers, and Pre-Sales—to plan, design, and maintain technical solutions thatmeet client needs. Coordinate with vendors and IT staff to resolve issues, handle escalations fromhelpdesk and field engineers, and provide weekly project updates to TAMs and SR TLs.Documentation and ReportingYou will assist in preparing customer-specific and application-specific documentation, standards, andreports. It is your responsibility to ensure that all supporting documentation is updated promptlyand maintained to a high standard. This enables supporting teams to efficiently access theinformation required to address any incidents reported by clients after project delivery.Technical SupportYou are expected to provide on-call technical support to customers outside of standard businesshours, ensuring continuity of service and prompt resolution of technical issues as they arise.Client Relationship ManagementMaintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts is a vital part of your role.
