We're seeking an experienced Logistics Key Account Administrator to manage key client accounts, support warehouse operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do: Act as the first point of contact for logistics clientsMonitor and manage stock levels, deliveries, and inbound shipmentsAssist with warehouse operations and ensure products are organised and safeAttend weekly meetings and contribute to process improvementsComplete accurate reporting and ensure compliance with health and safetyWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordinationExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)Flexibility to support changing business needs, including overtime if requiredKnowledge of customs and GDP processes (an advantage)What We Offer: A competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, pension plan, bonus scheme, structured training, and support for wellbeing and long-term career development.
