Your New Role
As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and coordination of multidisciplinary projects through high-quality 3D modelling and documentation.
Responsibilities
Producing detailed BIM models using Revit in line with project requirements
Assisting in the coordination of models across MEP and other disciplines
Ensuring BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are followed
Supporting clash detection processes and resolving coordination issues
Generating drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from models
Working closely with engineers and senior BIM staff to deliver projects efficiently

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a BIM Technician, ideally within an MEP or engineering consultancy environment
Proficiency in Revit Essential
Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and common data environments
Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
