Team Leader/PIC – Residential Service
15 hours per week – Fixed term contract

Essential Criteria for the Position of Team Leader/PIC:
* A full Degree in Social Care/Studies or relevant 3rd level qualification at degree level (e.g., Social Work, Psychology) is essential
* Three years management experience with responsibility for a team of employees
* Availability to work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and waking night duties
* Full, manual driver's license essential
* Permission to work in Ireland is essential

Qualifications Required
* A full Degree in Social Care/Studies or relevant 3rd level qualification (e.g., Social Work, Psychology), or equivalent qualification recognized outside the state by NARIC at Irish Level 8
Skills and Abilities
* Three years management experience with team responsibility
* Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in the Social Care Sector
* Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
* Ability to work on own initiative and independently in developing services
* Experience in implementing and developing support/care plans and PCPs
* Focus on the needs of the person supported in all activities
* Deliver support according to the person’s PCP and care plan
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Full, manual driver's license essential
