Product & Pricing Administrator
My client is a well-known supplier of plumbing, heating, tiles and bathroom products with over 50 branches nationwide.
They are looking for a Product & Pricing Administrator to join their head office in Westmeath.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the product file to ensure product codes, descriptions, recommended retail price, promotions, and margin are accurate.
I am looking for someone who is very analytical and logical with good attention to detail.
You must be advanced in using Excel to include Pivot Tables, V Lookups, and Formulas and be able to compile, analyse, and report on all product and pricing information.
The candidate does not necessarily come from a similar job; however, skills and experience must be relative so that this person can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities for the job of Product & Pricing Administrator
1. Ensure that the supplier product file is updated and is accurate
2. Create all new product codes
3. Maintain the customer price list
4. Input all promotional prices
5. Respond to any pricing queries
6. Identify and resolve any pricing discrepancies
7. Review weekly and monthly scheduled sales reports
8. Work with the Internal Product team on any price file updates and supplier file restructures
9. Assist your manager with any margin related projects
10. Maintain all data and pricing on the company brochures
