Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in providing essential support across renowned properties.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the IT Manager and teams at various locations, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the IT manager to facilitate day-to-day IT operations.
* Configure and maintain PCs and user accounts on the internal IT system.
* Install, configure, and support business-specific applications.
* Develop and maintain SOP documentation for all IT department processes.
* Troubleshoot and provide support for printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
* Offer hands-on technical support across all departments, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and application issues.
* Manage desktop antivirus systems.
* Diagnose, repair, and escalate hardware or software problems as necessary.
* Provide initial user support and escalate issues when required.
* Perform general maintenance on audiovisual systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in IT support.
* Third-level IT qualification (minimum 2-year diploma) required, with a willingness to undergo additional training as needed.
* Familiarity with Windows operating system, firewalls, virtualization technologies, and server experience advantageous.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
* Previous experience with business-specific applications preferred.
* Knowledge of maintaining/troubleshooting IP networks, Active Directory, and backup systems desirable.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of audiovisual systems is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Flexibility to work overtime if required.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
* Valid driver's license required.
