Allied Universal Compliance & Investigations is the Ireland`s leading supplier of investigation solutions to the Irish Insurance industry. We are seeking a Surveillance Case Manager to join our team based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate among a team in a dynamic working environment and deliver excellent customer service a must.
The role involves the preparation of surveillance operations and the submission of our formal findings. It would suit an individual from an Insurance/Investigation/Claims Handling/Adjusting, Garda / Police or law enforcement background and applicants should have a sound knowledge of court evidence and Data Protection legislation. Other responsibilities are outlined below:
* Assess and plan the actions required to compile and complete a thorough investigation and Claimant Profiling as necessary
* Carry out desktop enquires and telephone calls relating to the investigation
* Allocate the surveillance to the appropriate area and proactively manage progress from our field operatives liaising with the operatives to ensure S.L.A's are met
* Proactively liaise with the appointed operatives and other interested parties to provide a seamless investigation process to the client and their policyholders
* Ensure relevant systems are maintained, keeping the client informed of developments as per SLA's
* Review and consolidate the investigation outputs, producing a report to the required standard
* Take personal responsibility for decisions and recommendations made / actions taken
* Adherence to agreed KPI's
* Invoice the client in line with company protocols
* Adhere to the G4S Investigation Solutions policies and procedures as set out in the staff hand book with particular attention to health and safety, GDPR and confidentiality expectations
* Adhere to applicable legislation pertaining to the investigation
* Have the confidence to be able to deliver evidence in court as required.
* Driver performance, customer service and delivery to an exceptional standard.
* Our company is heavily focused on the use of technology so the successful candidate should have very good IT skills and adaptable to change.

This role is full time (40 hours per week Mon-Fri), benefits include 25 days annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays and company sick pay scheme once successful completion of probation.
