Accounts Administrator – Naas, Co. Kildare
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and manage payments.
2. Resident Billing – Prepare invoices for residents' care fees and liaise with families and funding bodies.
3. Bank Reconciliations – Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
4. Payroll Processing – Handle staff wages, deductions, and payroll-related queries.
5. Budget & Cash Flow Management – Assist in monitoring budgets and managing financial flow.
6. Compliance & Audit – Ensure transactions comply with financial regulations and support audits.
7. General Administration – Maintain financial records and provide administrative support to the finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting/finance role, ideally within a healthcare or nursing home setting.
2. Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is essential.
3. A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable.
4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
