Compliance Officer Position Overview
This is a key role in supporting our customers with their global compliance obligations.
Job Description:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This involves providing legal guidance on contracts, NDAs, client agreements, and other business activities. Additionally, the Compliance Officer will identify compliance risks and propose corrective action plans to mitigate them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in managing contracts, policies, and regulatory audits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
* Provide legal guidance on contracts and other business activities.
* Identify and address compliance risks.
* Conduct training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in managing contracts and policies.
