What youll bring: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven track record in Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills. Ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred).
