Newly Qualified Solicitor - IP Disputes - International Firm
Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing team in a dynamic international environment. This role offers the chance to work on high-value intellectual property (IP) disputes and litigation, as well as cutting-edge AI and associated risk management issues.
The successful candidate will thrive in a supportive, team-based culture and play a key role in shaping the future of the firm's Dublin office.
Responsibilities
• Advise on and manage high-value IP litigation across a broad spectrum of IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright issues.
• Provide expert advice on AI-related matters and associated risk management strategies.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support the firm's strategic objectives.
• Participate in business development activities, including building client relationships and networking with international offices.
Requirements
• Experience of IP litigation preferable, at least one rotation. Or commmercial litigation experience (from a large firm) with a keen interest in IP.
• Strong academic achievement and a genuine interest in developing expertise in intellectual property and disputes.
• Flexibility to support IP litigation across various jurisdictions and issues.
