We are currently partnering with several growing multinational and Irish-headquartered organisations across Dublin seeking qualified accounting professionals to join their finance teams. Opportunities are available within healthcare, technology, manufacturing and shared services environments.
These positions offer strong exposure to monthly management accounts, financial reporting, business partnering and process improvement within fast-paced international environments.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Financial analysis including budget vs actuals, variance analysis and forecasting support
Support month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities/business units
Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and reporting support
Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
Contribute to treasury, cash flow and working capital reporting activities
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across finance operations
Candidate Profile
Big 4 / Top 10 trained profile highly desirable
1–5 years PQE or strong audit experience within multinational environments
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Excellent Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience within multinational or fast-paced environments advantageous
