Description
BDO Ireland is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at BDO Ireland, you will play a crucial role in our Recruitment Team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of recruitment tasks and administration, including working closely with hiring managers, managing the full hiring cycle, involvement with the graduate programme, supporting employee onboarding, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment cycle across various business areas, from initial hiring manager briefings to offer stage.
* Collaborate with offshore recruitment teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of open roles.
* Assist in planning and executing graduate and internship programmes.
* Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for technical fit and alignment with company values.
* Conduct targeted searches and support proactive talent pipelining.
* Perform thorough reference checks to maintain high standards in candidate vetting.
* Represent the firm at industry events and award ceremonies to build networks and promote the employer brand.
* Act as an Employer Brand Ambassador by engaging with universities and colleges to attract early career talent.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment or professional services, supporting elements of the full hiring lifecycle.
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Communications, or similar), with a solid understanding of recruitment fundamentals.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing environments.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about building a career in talent acquisition.
