Job Role
Description:
* Lead Project Scheduling - EPCM Project Scope.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical construction project planning.
* Prior experience as a team planner.
* Strong technical knowledge, including ability to interpret engineering deliverables and drawings.
* Familiarity with wider project controls functions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones/ Extension of time evaluations).
* Able to chair and run Interactive Planning meetings.
* Able to manage and interface with subcontractors.
* Able to establish and run an earned value progress reporting system.
* Proficient in computer software, including PrimaveraP6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
* Previous experience working in a multi-user P6 environment (e.g. Loadspring).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with Last Planner interface.
* BIM 4D experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with design deliverables and subcontract mobilisation activities.
Requirements:
* EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in pharma construction project management.
