Job Description
We are now recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer for our client in public health, based in Nenagh. This is a full-time position for an initial 3 month contract.
THE ROLE:
* Provide clerical support to the existing team
* Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
* Assisting with post
* Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
* Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
* Dealing with members of the public, service users and staff
* Arranging transport for service users
* Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
* Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* High levels of confidentiality essential as dealing with sensitive cases
* Must have excellent IT skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
* Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: €16.93 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
