We offer turnkey solutions to all types of events, from staging to marketing & PR as well as consultancy services. We are a young, ambitious and hands on team who care for our clients and projects and are now looking to add an Events Manager to grow with us.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly organisedEvent Managerto lead the planning and delivery of our events portfolio. This role requires strong project management skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, outdoor settings.You will be responsible for overseeing events from concept through to delivery and post-event evaluation, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Successful candidates should be able to identify new growth opportunities for the events division.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & DeliveryPlan, manage, and deliver events from initial concept to live delivery and breakdownCreate and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and event schedulesCoordinate logistics including venues, equipment, suppliers, staffing, and transportProject ManagementLead multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are metManage event budgets, track expenditure, and report on financial performanceIdentify risks and develop contingency plans, particularly for outdoor and weather-dependent eventsStakeholder & Supplier ManagementLiaise with clients, sponsors, local authorities, venues, and governing bodiesSource, brief, and manage suppliers and contractorsCoordinate event staff, volunteers, and on-site teamsEvent Division Growth· Play a key role in the growth and development of the ForeFront Sports Events Division strategy and implementation· Contribute to the evolution of event formats, operational processes, and delivery standards· Support the identification of new event opportunities, partnerships, and locations· Provide insights and recommendations based on event performance, feedback, and industry trendsRequired Experience & SkillsEssential3–5 years' experience in event or project managementProven experience delivering outdoor events (essential)Strong organisational and time-management skillsExperience managing budgets and suppliersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsAbility to travel for event purposes, client meetings, site visits, event set up, delivery & takedownFull Irish Driving LicenseDesirableExperience of large scale sports or participation-based eventsKnowledge of event safety planning and risk managementRelevant qualification in event management or project managementPersonal AttributesProactive, adaptable, and calm under pressureDetail-oriented with a hands-on approachStrong problem-solving skillsPassion for sport and outdoor eventsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile outdoor sporting eventsA dynamic, supportive, and passionate team environmentCompetitive salary DOETravel & ExpensesCareer development opportunities within ForeFront Sports20 Days Annual Leave (Exclusive of Company Christmas Break)Regular company team building activities
