A leading energy company is seeking a Pricing & Structuring Manager to lead a small team in pricing and valuing a wide range of energy contracts across Ireland, GB, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead pricing strategy and modelling
* Manage and mentor a team of analysts
* Collaborate with commercial and analytics teams to structure bespoke energy contracts
* Monitor market and regulatory developments to inform pricing
* Present insights and challenge methodologies at senior level
Ideal Candidate:
* 5–10 years in energy markets, with direct experience in renewable pricing
* Strong knowledge of electricity systems in Ireland, GB, and Europe
* Skilled in Excel, SQL, Python; experience with PLEXOS preferred
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality output
* Experience with BESS, RtM, and complex asset structures is a plus
