About the Role As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the hotel, You will lead from the front, ensuring a seamless guest experience while supporting and developing department heads and teams.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel Lead and support Heads of Department across all areas Maintain exceptional 4-star service standards and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with all operational, legal, and safety standards Act as Manager on Duty and deputise for the General Manager when required Guest Experience Standards Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and hospitality Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness, and service standards throughout Financial Performance Support revenue growth and cost control initiatives Monitor labour, stock, and operational costs Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure strong cash handling and stock control procedures People Leadership Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team Support recruitment, training, and employee engagement Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture Address performance issues in line with HR policies Health Safety Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations Promote a strong culture of safety and risk awareness Support food safety and HACCP compliance About You Proven experience in a senior hotel management role (Operations Manager / Deputy GM level) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams Excellent organisational, financial, and problem-solving abilities Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences Commercially aware with a solid understanding of hotel KPIs (e.g., RevPAR, GP) Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays What We Offer Competitive salary Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation A supportive and team-focused work environment Ongoing training and development If you are a dynamic hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
