**Job Title:** Senior Mechanical Engineer
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead significant projects and shape the design of innovative and sustainable mechanical systems across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the mechanical design for large-scale commercial, residential, and healthcare projects from initial concept to final delivery.
2. Manage the design process ensuring all mechanical systems are designed to the highest industry standards, meet regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time.
3. Collaborate closely with architects, other engineering disciplines, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
4. Mentor and support junior engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* At least 7 years of experience working on commercial, residential, or healthcare projects.
* Strong technical skills in mechanical system design including HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions.
* Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Chartered Engineer status or progress towards it highly valued.
