A leading hotel in Sligo is seeking a highly skilled Lead Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant and bar operations.
The successful candidate will support the senior management team in daily operations, providing exceptional leadership to a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding guest service. They will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellent customer experience through strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with a proven track record of success in similar roles;
