Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Sous Chef to join our team.
An immediate start is required to ensure full menu and operational training before the party season commences.
Please note: The hotel is accessible by the no. 37 bus or a train to Coolmine station. Your own transport would be an advantage but not essential. Your own uniforms will be required also.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer any staff accommodation, or visa sponsorship.

What we require from our applicants:
* At least 4 years Supervisory experience in a busy kitchen with high volume covers
* The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
* A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
* The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
* Be committed to the team
* Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
