Your new company A dynamic and fast-growing software company with a strong international presence is seeking a permanent Group Financial Controller. This role provides an opportunity to step into a high-impact finance position. Your new role This role is crucial in ensuring financial stability and compliance during the transition period as the current Group Financial Controller steps down by the end of June. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead group-wide financial compliance, reporting, and audit oversight Manage accounts across multiple international entities Oversee intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing policies Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls and automation Lead a global finance team, ensuring operational efficiency What you'll need to succeed Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) Strong Group Financial Controller experience in a multi-entity environment Background in software or technology finance preferred Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems High attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiencies What you'll get in return This opportunity offers a rare chance to step into a key finance leadership role, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for long-term growth.
